The Service Divisions Are Built on a Method

The service divisions are built on the Critical ThinkAR® Method™ — a four-layer analytical stack. The method is what underpins every division as well as the proprietary frameworks that are applied by each division. The work done by the divisions informs and gives substance to the firm's advisory practice.

The four layers are:

Entry layer — Media Intelligence: Structured observation and signal detection. Reading the information environment as a window into the distribution of power, legitimacy, and influence.

Inquiry layer — Structured Research: Disciplined, question-driven inquiry. The question is framed before the search begins — because the quality of questions affects the quality of answers.

Relational layer — Stakeholder Intelligence: Relational analysis of the actors in a political landscape. Not just who the players are — but what drives them.

Synthesis layer — Political Risk Analysis: Integration of the three preceding layers into reasoned judgement under uncertainty. Preparedness, not prediction.
